About the Event
A 7-day guided journey to cultivate joy, shift your response to stress and foster balance. You'll learn how to release yourself from habits of feeling distracted and overwhelmed while moving toward a more focused, responsive and inspired life.
What to expect & What's included:
Daily practice with 2 brief meditations each day
- You'll be provided with specific pre-recorded guided audio meditations (5-10 minutes)
3 Live sessions on Day 1, Day 4 & Day 7
- 30-minute sessions via Zoom to motivate your progress and help you feel energized and empowered.
