About the Event
Hope is associated with a variety of factors that contribute to our overall wellbeing. When we find hope in difficult times it improves our coping skills, reduces the intensity with which we feel despair and we are more likely to attain our goals with a sense of happiness and satisfaction. This 1 hour workshop is filled with simple activities to reduce stress, foster wellbeing and renew feelings of energy and hope.
