This workshop is FREE to any teacher who has attended one of my Teaching Mindfully courses or a Professional Development workshop. This 1 1/2 hours is designed to promote teacher wellbeing. We will reinforce meditations and in-the-moment informal skills to keep you centered during a stressful classroom day. Network with other teachers and enjoy some time that is set up just to support you and your specific needs.
