About the event

Mindfulness provides skills to work through stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. It cultivates a sense of balance, awareness and empathy; and it teaches us to respond thoughtfully to difficult situations. This introductory course will walk you through guided meditation, mindful breathing and observation exercises to help you experience the benefits of present-moment awareness.

Course dates:

4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29

Cost: $60/person

Includes class materials, resources and tools for continued practice, and audio files of all course meditations.
