Mindful Parenting

(5-weeks)

Being a parent is one of the most rewarding (and overwhelming) jobs in the world. From toddlers to teenagers (and every age in-between) we are posed with moments that bring us tremendous joy and moments that quickly challenge our patience and compassion. This class is designed to help parents navigate the journey of raising children through present-moment awareness and fostering a sense of well-being, compassion, and understanding for yourself and family. There will be a specific focus on the different stages of brain development, developing self-compassion, and mindful communication strategies.
