Introductions & Opening Meditation followed by personal exploration through mindful activity, journaling, and reflective discussion.

10:30 - 10:45 - Mid-Morning Break

10:45 - 12:15 - Late Morning Session:
Continued personal exploration through meditation and informal mindful exercise.

12:15 - 1:30 - Lunch
​
1:30 - 2:30 - Early Afternoon Session:
Meditation and group mindfulness activities.

2:30 - 2:45 - Mid-Afternoon Break

2:45 - 4:00 - Late Afternoon Session:
Mindful communication exercise & Closing Meditation
